Russian - American mezzo-soprano Evgenia Pirshina 

has been highly acclaimed for her operatic and concert performances throughout North and South America.


Highlights of the season 2019-2020 are debut as Maddalena in "Rigoletto" by G. Verdi 

in Solis Theater (Montevideo),

Opera Gala with Panama National Symphony Orchestra, solo recitals in Montevideo, Florence, Charleston, SC and Chicago.


Next season Evgenia Pirshina will appear as Kashcheyevna in "Kashchey the Deathless"

by N. Rimsky-Korsakov in Washington DC Metropolitan area and will perform songs by Gustav Mahler with Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra under the button of Maestro

Timothy Verville.


In 2018, Evgenia took part in the production of the opera by P. Tchaikovsky "Iolanta" of the Chicago Opera Theater.


Since 2017, she is a soloist of Opera Aeterna,

actively performing in Chicago and New York.



Since 2016, Evgenia Pirshina is a guest soloist of the Opera Panama where she has performed parts in the operas by G. Puccini "Madama Butterfly" , "Suor Angelica", G. Verdi "Macbeth" and P. Mascagni "Cavalleria rusticana". 

She also participates in the Opera Gala concerts.






From 2006 to 2015 - Artist of the  K.S. Stanislavsky and Vl. Nemirovich - Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theater.

She performed with the theater in Italy, China, the Netherlands and Israel.

As a guest singer, Evgenia Pirshina participated in a concert of Russian Sacred Music in the Vatican in the presence of Pope  Francis.


A native of Moscow, Evgenia started her musical education as pianist at the age of 6, 

continued as a singer and graduated Moscow State Pedagogical University.



In addition, 

Evgenia Pirshina is the official photographer of various international theater and dance festivals, and is a winner of international photography competitions.

Her works are exhibited in Europe, Russia, USA and South America.
